Responsibilities 

  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and cold calling to deal closure via on-field site visits
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist clients with property selection, and the purchase process.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort in client-facing interactions and field sales roles.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple client requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Education

12th pass or above

 

Experience:  Min. 6 Months of experience

 

Salary: Starts at 2.40 Lacs per Annum + Performance-based incentive
